I started Highline Auto Works in 2006. I realized in high school that I wanted to start this business while I was in vocational electronics class. After graduating high school I moved to Columbus, Ohio and took classes in Electric Engineering at Devry University for two and a half years.
After college I moved back to Sandusky and worked at East Bound Sounds (I also worked there in high school) for a short time before going to work at North Coast Customs for a year. I have pretty much always worked in the automotive industry.
I started working on cars with my dad when I was 5 years old and still enjoy every day of it. When I originally opened Highline it was on Cleveland Road next to the Greentree Inn, and then because business was doing well I had to move to a bigger building so I found a bigger place. This wasn’t very far from where my original store was, across the street from Castaway Bay not even a 1/2 mile down the road.
In August of 2011 we moved to 301 West Perkins Avenue, the old Napa building, for a better location.
Please feel free to call and ask if you have questions about what my business can do for you. You can ask for me, Tony, or my secretary Heather and we’ll be more than happy to help you with whatever we can.
